The United Ostomy Associations of America (UOAA) is the national voice for people who have a bowel or urinary diversion. It provides education, information, and advocacy for people with an ostomy or continent diversion, and support to its network of affiliated support groups that provide one-on-one outreach services to patients. Following in the footsteps of the United Ostomy Association, and building on that organization’s 43 years of service, UOAA aims to have a profound influence on improving the quality of life of thousands of individuals.
